Hello everyone,
I'm breaking into the Ultralight realm and wanted to ask a few things, I've been lurking here a good bit so I have a pretty good idea of how to get started. I'm planning on getting a few kits from thru-hiker(Liberty ridge pants/shell, tarptent, one of the jackets)
1) I'm not to insulation savvy and kind of need a rough idea on temps that the jackets are good to. As a baseline a standard fleece hoody+ long underwear keeps me warm if I'm moving around down to about 40.
2)Is their quilt big enough for two? We're both slim and tall(I'm 6'1 she's 6'3) Would the RayWay quilt be a better option?
We'll be doing 4 season in the southeast and I prefer to avoid snow I think thats it for the moment. Thanks in advance,
Graham
