And here I am on BPL discussing my wife's undies…Looking to pick up two pairs of really good stretchy form fitting boxer briefs for the Ms., especially for a bit of extra fall/winter warmth. Any you can highly recommend?

Doug I. recently suggested these for guys, which look excellent, but unfortunately Adidas doesn't make any for women: http://www.adidas.com/us/climacool-boxer-briefs-2-pack/H72674_360.html

I know women who just wear the men's version. They prefer the wider waistband and (usually) longer length. Somethinbg to consider if your wife is amenable to the idea.

Hi hi, first post. :) Figures it would be an underwear post.

I've experience with both Ibex's Balance Boy Short and the Rab Meco 120 Boxer. I am very disappointed in my Ibex boxers because the elastic inside the waist band twists and gets bunched up. I love my Rab Meco 120s and now have 5 pairs. The Meco material makes a great base layer, in general, but excels IMO as underwear. The only downside of Meco is the price; the best price I've found is around $25 per pair, although most retailers seem to charge $45.
