Laugavegur Trail, Iceland

I'm thinking about:
Day 1 Landmann to Hrafntinnuker 7 miles
Day 2 Hrafntinnusker to Emstrur-Botnar 16mi
Day 3 Emstrur-Botnar to Porsmork 9mi

Does that seem about right and do able?

Perfectly doable, unless you will be hauling a heavy backpack. I have even done your stretch in two days (read: you can consider to extend your walk with the – long – hike over the Fimmvorduhals Pass. Highly recommended!).

Keep in mind that the camping ground at Hrafntinnusker is exposed to wind. If the weather is bad, consider walking further to the loverly site of Alftavatn (or stay at the Hrafntinnusker hut… if you'r lucky to get a spot).

Thanks for the input. I think I should be good with my tent in the wind at Hrafntinnusker. Just curious, what speeds do they get there?

Anything is possible in the Icelandic highlands, including storm gale. But if weather gets to dangerous at Hrafntinnusker, the hut warden will instruct all campers to stay overnight in the hut.
Btw: most camp sites at Hrafntinnusker have improvised stone walls to partially mitigate wind(chill)
