That does look nice!
While it's always hard to say with rarely seen items, it would help to know the weight (esp on this site). My guess is it's a bit heavy, given the material.
I'd say if you want to give your friend a deal, given the situation, perhaps $75? Selling here or another gearhead forum may bring a bit more, perhaps up to $125?
Cant help with the appraisal but good on you for hooking you Dad up with a new WM bag. The UL gods are smiling :)

Like Todd, I too suspect that, while this is a very nice like-new bag, it's appeal on this site may be limited. However, after hooking your dad up, to also hook your buddy up with a sweet deal will have the backpacking Gods smiling upon you. Never underestimate the value of good karma.
That was a $400+ bag. I have a WM DL bag, 5F that I paid almost $500 for 15 years ago, give or take a few.

Dryloft always have a steep premium. You could probably reasonably ask for $200 on geartrade or ebay. Given the quality of down, the like new state, and the weather resistant fabric "feature." Still asking for $200 and getting it is a different matter. I would expect it selling for 150-125 and being happy with that.
Selling it for $75 to a buddy is probably the most rewarding way to cash in on it.
Depending on how patient the buyer is, a used but great condition 30* bag with a higher quality fill and DWR can be had for $150-225. Selling to strangers, I'd start at $225 and drop $25 every week until I found a buyer.
For a buddy? I'd bro-deal them it for $50-$75 or have them pick up the tab the next time we hit the pub.
