This topic has been covered before but thought I would throw in my 2 cents. I cut a Y shaped piece out of milk jug and velcroed it to my headlamp. Does a great job difusing the light, little weight penalty and it is indestructable

Disposable Solo Cups also work; the little plastic ones that hold 3 oz.
