Hi, I've been thinking about getting one of these as emergency shelter while skiing or hiking this winter with a partner but I can't find anyone who stocks them in North America!
I know Wild Things makes one but I was looking to pay a fair bit less then the 150 their asking.
Unfortunately most bothy bags orginate in the UK. They are not very complex, perhaps you could outsource one locally.
I try an email to Gossamer Gear and/or Ron Bell as an opener. I'm sure other members could supply a few more names.
