I was curious if a synmat ul7, mw, would fit into a TT Notch, so I bought one to check out if it would. And it does fit, but with not much room left for anything else. I read a past thread that showed that long neo airs would fit, but couldn't find anything for a synmat mw. I don't have the exact measurements of the pad inflated, as my measuring tape has grown legs and escaped recently. The manufacturer states the specs as being 26w by 72L, and these seem pretty accurate so far. But, like I said, I haven't measured the actual pad inflated as of yet, but intend to soon.
There is enough room left over in the foot area of the tent for some storage, and a bit on the sides at the widest point of the tent in the middle, but that is it. The sides are pretty snug against the bathtub floor at the foot and head, but not really anything I am too concerned with. One reason being is that this pad has more rounded edges in my opinion.
I have to say, this set up is very comfortable, if you don't mind storing gear in the vestibules. I absolutely love the extra width, and don't see myself going back to a standard size pad anytime soon. I have tried many different pads, including a 2/3 neo air, and that was o.k, but i prefer the comfort of this pads length and width. Just thought I would post this in case anyone else was wondering. I have some pictures, but they aren't the greatest.
