Will Tenacious Tape repair Cuben?

If the inside is the cuben side, what is the outside?

The Arc Blast is made w/Hybrid Cuben, so the outside is polyester.

If you listen to Joe Valesko, the only repair tape you need is duct tape.

I own a pack similar to this, and I have some of the repair tape that Zpacks sells for this purpose. I would apply that tape to the inside surface. I also have some Tenacious tape, and it would be my second choice. Duct tape would be my third choice.

Why not just put the Tenacious Tape on the outside polyester side? That will stick really well and keep any water from penetrating the tear.

It will probably stick to the Cuben side, too, in case you want to do a double-sided repair.

Yes, tenacious tape will stick to cuben. I have used it on cuben dry sacks. Sticks just fine.
