Montbell sleeping bag size question

I'm a 5'9", 150 lbs side sleeper, and the non-stretch down hugger bag is perfect for me. Lengthwise, regular should be just fine for you, and given that you are opting for the superstretch, stretching arms and legs sideways should be no problem as well.

I know some people prefer extra space at the bottom for drying damp clothing, etc. — but if you don't plan on doing that, then get the regular and save a few ounces.

The Super Stretch bags have the ability to shorten. There's a drawcord about a foot or so from the bottom that you can tuck the foot of the bag up into and pull tight. It shortens the bag and gives a big down pillow at your feet. I'm 6'3" and my wife is 5'6" and we can both make the same Super Stretch work perfectly for us. You won't regret it – fantastic bags!

The feature that Curt mentioned was a very smart move on MontBell's part, and it certainly minimizes one of the downsides of sizing up (extra space to heat). That leaves only the added weight, of course, and that might very well be worth it if you like to sleep with your arms above your head. That being said, I'm 5'9" and my regular-length UL Burrow Bag (non-stretch) is a perfect fit for me.
