I'm interested in the Bearpaw Minimalist 1 with a .51 cuben bathtub and a sloped ridgeline. Can I pitch it with one pole? Will the sloped ridgeline behave pretty much like a bug-bivy, or does the net hang down and lay on the legs? I'm going to be hot weather camping, so if the net has a lot of slack and is going to allow bugs and little animals to climb all over my legs, maybe I need to pitch the bivy in the traditional style with a two pole system. I already have two poles for the same bivy, but with a 70 denier bathtub. I want to go lighter and I hope the sloped ridgeline will allow me to travel with only one pole.
