Minimus.biz is out of those shelf-stable cream cheese cups. Does anybody know where else you can find those? Alternatively, can the Philadelphia cream cheese packets stay "good" for a day or two on the trail without refrigeration? My wife would dearly love to have a smoked salmon/cream cheese/capers wrap for lunch on the first day of our weeklong hike next month, and I would dearly like to please her lol.

Aug 14, 2014 at 6:43 pm #2127714I get a bunch of cups of cream cheese at costco. What I don't use hiking gets used on bagels, etc at home.
