Anyone have any experience with dehydrating hash browns at home?

So, don't cook 'em, just pour 'em out on the trays and start drying?

I cook up hash browns and then add onions, green pepper, jalapeño peppers and lots of cheese. It dehydrates very well and makes a great morning meal.
