Is there a T-shirt thinner than the Patagonia Capilene 2 made out Polartec Power Dry? Thank you.

Current gen REI Polartec Power Dry Crew shirts seem to be.

The REI site doesn't state the weight of the Power Dry fabric used, but unlike the Patagonia ones, they are made in the USA.

My size S long sleeve from REI is 5.6 oz. I like it. The material doesn't feel very soft in the hand, but I've never noticed it while wearing it.

I have two completely different versions of Power Dry shirts. The Cap 2 and one type of Marmot are looser weave with a softer feel. I also have some Marmot Power Dry shirts and tights that have a smooth finish.

I honestly can't tell if one is lighter or warmer. The smooth finish version feels "thinner", but I'm not sure that it is.

I ended up buying a new lightweight power dry zip t from REI yesterday and it is VERY soft, very light, and with a loose weave. I thought it was actually nicer to the hand (and against my skin) than a new cap2 I tried on at the same time.
