CO trail MTB race – Denver help?

I will be catching the train to Denver, hopefully arriving at 6:30 or so on Saturday. The bike race starts Sunday at 6:00am. Is there any one in a similar boat? If not, anyone have any ideas on getting from the Train station to Waterton Canyon TH? Is there camping at the trail head? Anyone live in Littleton area and feel like making a little money? Pick me, and put me up?

Gotta be at the grand depart early, like before 6:00. So I will be passing through very quickly.
