I ordered 3 of the filters which arrived yesterday, I was surprised they came in a non padded package, I hope they did not get damaged.

I don't think that is possible. I have cut one open and I can confidently say shipping them in a non padded envelope will not damage them. Truthfully I don't even know if a USPS semi truck driving over it would damage the filter as its pretty burly and how it works is kind of mind blowing. Plus they come in some very stout packaging from Sawyer and don't come to me in anything padded.. That said, to keep shipping Free we have to be as creative as possible. This sometimes means using USPS Tyvek Envelopes when we feel the contents are not fragile. That said, if your concerned please send them back to me and I will ship you new ones in a padded envelope.

I ordered my Mini Filter from Lawson on Saturday and it showed up today. Great Service!

Mine showed up in great shape as well. They're great little filters. I picked one up for my buddy who never seems to have the fund for gear so birthday and Christmas presents are always backpacking gear under $50 for him.
