Finally a use for that pack rain cover gathering dust in the closet!
Rain clouds on the horizon? Bear approaching? Just tired and need a nap?
Step 1: Stop
Step 2: Drop
Step 3: Cover

Wow! Look at that huge red mushroom! I guess the rain makes them grow bigger, eh? Wild colors too!Aug 5, 2014 at 5:53 pm #2125003Franco DarioliSpectator
@francoLocale: Gauche, CU.
If you add 4 grommets and some guylines it could be used as an emergency parachute.
I can see some use for it as an improvised toboggan for some fun and speed too.
If you make the inside in reflecting aluminium you might just be able to use it as a solar oven too.
With this cover and some baking soda I would have pretty much everything I need for the long trails.Aug 7, 2014 at 11:04 am #2125613

Not to mention, put a small hand sanitizer on the side of it and you have a lightweight porta-potty.Aug 7, 2014 at 11:12 am #2125620Dale WambaughBPL Member
