I currently am using Salomon Speedcross 3 CS's, and I really like them. But, I wanted to find out if anyone had suggestions for shoes that I consider. I really don't want the ClimaShield on my next shoes… wet feet don't bother me, and I don't think that any shoe would keep my feet dry long-term. So I would prefer non-CS that dried out faster.
Let me know what you love, hate, and/or think I should consider.

A way-too-open ended issue, but there seem to be many people including me on here (seems like at least a dozen or so that post about them) who like the NB Leadville 1210's. Just something to look at.

I've been happy from a comfort point of view with a pair of Salomon Speedcross 3's with Superfeet Blue insoles…except that I just noticed today the uppers are starting to rip where the fabric meets the toe. Given that they've got less than 100 trail miles on them, that's a pretty high cost-per-mile.
So I guess I'm in the market again myself.
