Lost Tarp

Last week I returned from a backpacking trip in the sierra Nevada. I found a Cuben fiber tarp on the trail that I would like to return to the owner. For me the only way to know if any person claiming this tarp is the true owner they will need to describe in detail about the tarp ( like brand, color, style, type of stakes, place where is was lost, and approximate date). Usually I would not bother trying to find the owner of something found on the trail, but I know this tarp is expensive and that it is a substantial loss to the owner.
