Just made a new synthetic quilt (to replace my MYOG 5.0 Apex quilt I just sold) for summer use. I'm a warm sleeper, so this plus the clothes I normally bring should take me down into the high 30's, low 40's just fine.
1.1 oz 30D ripstop nylon, Climashield Apex 2.5, 1/16" shockcord and micro cord locks, 1/2" flat center release buckles, 5" of 1/2" Velcro, 1/2 flat elastic.
Total finished weight:
12.58 oz, +0.55oz for pad attachment straps.
70" x 49" & 37" @ neck, 35" @ foot, taper after 26" from neck.

Made the neck drawcord pull from the bottom/inside with separate drawcord channel sewed on, foot has 5" of Velcro and a flat buckle 12" up.

Packs down astonishingly small; packed in a 9 x 6 cuben stuff sack (not that I'd ever pack it that small in actual use). Kimchee jar for scale.

This only took me around 4 hours from start to finish, did it all in one sitting.
