If sleeping with this on, would the cordlock at the back make a bump I could feel on the back of my head?

Their design intention is for the cord to only stay in back when extra visibility is needed. From the description: "when you want the hood to cover your eyes to sleep, just pull the cord over the front of the hood and cinch it down tight."

That little cord lock was totally unnoticeable in my testing. I slept with the face hole open mostly in the mid 20's and never felt the toggle behind my head. Whatever you use for a pillow should absorb the toggle and you won't feel it. That was my experience. Or you can flip it front and cinch the eye hole closed. The way we designed it no amount of cinching will close the mouth nose hole so you don't have to worry about getting it positioned just right.

There are maybe 3 of these out there apart from my staff so if you want to know the details you'll need to take a leap;). Next week a dozen more will be out there and maybe they will post here.

Ordered one yesterday. I'll do a review once it comes in.
