I'll be spending some nights in a lean-to with my daughter this July in Baxter State Park in Maine. I expect it could be quite buggy at night. I'm looking for ideas on a bug net we could sleep in inside the lean to. Obviously, there would be no corner stake outs, but I assume I can rig a connecting point to the lean-to ceiling. Any ideas/experience with this?

Thanks

Regardless of how you hold it up, make sure you have about 12" of netting extending out along the floor all the way around. Most bugs won't "back track" along the floor to get in.

"Interior Flaps" that you can weight with a shoe/gear on will help hold it out.

Crawl under, kill off the intruders, sleep in peace (with ear plugs).
