I know this has got nothing to do with Gear, but I have posted it in other forum's categories and it wasn't seen. Forgive me for posting it here as well.

Can anybody with experience in Latin America help me on this please?

What is the lowest night temperature one might encunter all year round (particularly from June to December) in Central America (including altitudes)?

And then, what's the lowest night temperature one might find in South America (including altitudes), BEFORE hitting the Andes, please?

Cheers,
Alex.

although a gear forum there is a section for Pre-planning. I would suggest it be moved there.

I did write this question in the "pre-planning" forum's category, but it wasn't answered. The first link you guys gave me reffers to "averages temperatures" and the second link to weather forecasts for the next 10 days. If it was this easy to find the answer on google, I wouldn't have asked it in first place.

Cheers.

Thanks!
I did try the Lonely Planet's forum, many times before and I felt really frustated with it. It's full of wheely bags, being busy judging and criticising, while they sit back, enjoying the show behind a computer screen. They are very conservative and closed minded (and here is my own judgement to them), tend to not have travelled a lot themselves, unless all-inlcusive. Kick out the newbies straight away and remain always the same people responding to comments. Very disappointing.
Do you guys have any other reccomendation for backpacking-hiking forums with regards to international travel, I can try, please?
