I just got a new sleeping bag. The stuff sack has two drawstrings with cordlocks. What do I do with TWO drawstrings?

That was my first thought as well when I got mine. I figured out that you cinch up the top one first, then push in the top until it's below the 2nd drawstring, then cinch that up. I think it's to prevent it from being shaped like a football, for whatever reason.
I do nothing with them, because I put mine in a cuben zpacks sack, but I think the idea of getting it into the larger shape first, then pushing into the smaller is right. It over-compresses it IMO
