I have a Snowpeak 450 ti mug http://www.snowpeak.com/ti-single-450-blue-cup-mg-043-1.html with the lid for the double mugs
http://www.snowpeak.com/450ml-mug-insulation-lid-mgc-053.html

That fits OKish (there's can be a little dripping… ) and keep my hot liquids warm for a lot longer time, but since the mug is only 62 grams and the lid is 30 grams I thinks the lid is too heavy

A coffee lid would be perfect http://goo.gl/KqXsut but the ones I can get at local coffee stores here in Norway doesn't fit my mug
which measures something like 83 or 84 mm rim to rim (it's been used and is a bit bent… )

Does anyone know of a lid that would fit my Snowpeak mug or of a lightweight mud and lid combination?

The Evernew 400ml Ti mug with lid is 80g. The REI version I have measures ~80mm, so the lid is too small for your Snowpeak.

I got a bonus coming up soon so any mug/lid combination that works and is lightweight is of interest …

OK, maybe I was not to clear on my needs…

What I am looking for is a lightweight lid that allows me to drink my hot liquid easily while at the same time keeping it hot for as long as possible
Something like a coffee lid will do the trick, but which coffee lids fits which ti mug?

I have the snowpeak 450 single wall http://www.snowpeak.com/ti-single-450-blue-cup-mg-043-1.html
and the Evwenew http://www.traildesigns.com/cookware/evernew-titanium-stacking-set-750400ml-eca278

Ideally a lid should fit one of those…
However if there exists another lightweight durable mug that fits an easily available (lightweight) coffee lid I am going to be tempted….

You would think some enterprising individual would have come up with something by now.

The best I've found is the GSI mug. The pot isn't much heavier (if any) than most titanium equivalents. The lid on the other hand is not light at 1.5 oz. I've seen people replace the cozy with reflectrix type versions but it doesn't save enough weight to be worth it to me. I like the neoprene one for the fit/finish and durability.

I don't carry the gripper because I always carry lightweight work gloves (1.5oz) which renders it unnecessary.

I took a chance and ordered the 79-83 mm silicone lid from http://ezpots.com/lids.html
It fits fine and is more leakproof than the Snowpeak lid, but at 27 grams it is only 3 grams lighter than the Snowpeak lid…
