Kits include GOLD Gear brushed aluminum Foster's pot, GOLD Gear Ramjet SUL alcohol stove, 1 qt and 2 cup plastic caddies, cozy for the 1 qt caddy, conical aluminum windscreen, aluminum base sheet, aluminum pot lid, esbit burner, stainless steel stakes for the esbit set up, 8 oz fuel bottle, and a small measuring cup. Weight is 6.2 oz for the complete kit.
With the alcohol set up, will boil two cups of 70* F water in 6 minutes using 15 ml of fuel. The brushed pots not only look great, but also absorb heat better than the stock shiny cans.
