Ken, it says net weight 46oz, but we've all learned never to trust listed weights. 5,160 calories total. I think you're best off refilling it with peanut M&Ms and olive oil.

My internet got glitchy when the picture was only about 20% loaded so I was fully expecting this to be a thread posted by someone using one of these food containers as a bear canister.
