Last time at Costco, a product called "Champion Lightweight Jacket" caught my eye. Seemed a nice, inexpensive windshirt @ $13. Women's only. Has anyone else noticed this jacket? What do you think of it?

I swear I saw this at target for 20 or 29$. Looked light and good quality like the rest of their line. Think it was marketed as a bicyclist lightweight jacket. Only one colorway was almost a transparent light grey with neon green inner for pockets I believe.
