You'll prob. get better feedback if you move this to the Gear Lists forum.

I noticed this mistake as soon as I posted, however I can't find a way to move it. Does it have to be done my a moderator?

I would just make a new post in Gear Lists, and edit the one here to indicate you moved it. Maybe indicate at the top of the new post that it was moved from Gear.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to change the title (at least not the one that shows up in the torus index), but in a couple days it'll be buried anyway. I'll take a look at your list when it's over in gear lists and post a response–that will put it on top for at least a little bit.

Doesn't look bad, the two heaviest items seem to be your pack and tent. Since you already own the pack you'll probably want to keep it. Actually I like the look of the pack. Personally I'd leave the frame in it. I would take off the top pocket and MAYBE trim off some of the climbing gear loops (that is IF you are sure you'll never want to haul technical mountaineering gear).

I don't know what your tent needs are. It sounds like you'll be doing a lot of non-backpacking camping so a three man tent makes sense. The extra room and privacy will be nice if you're car camping in a national park for example.

You could get a somewhat lighter sleeping bag only by spending a lot more money. Personally I'd just be content with what I had and have fun. You'll probably have unexpected expenses come up along the way so it won't hurt to save money for later.
