+1 on TT Rainbow. Last summer, withstood a *wild* thunderstorm at 11,000 feet lasting over an hour and a half, wind gusts in the 30-40 mph class that came from 3/4 compass directions. Had to restake at 2-3 points about an hour into the deluge. Only water inside was minor splash at the corners.

I've since gone to a 9×9 tarp, but if you want a fully enclosed shelter you can't go wrong with Henry Shires products.
