Katabatic: Advice on best fit for 5′ 7″? Small, Reg or Reg Wide?

I'm 5'7". The 6' wide Palisade is very roomy on me, with plenty of width for supplementing with down layers. I can bring the clips on the retention system together so they are touching behind me, and I'm 200lb with a 46" chest.
The bit of extra length at the foot is great for keeping the morning's clothes and stuff I don't want frozen like filter and water bottles.
You certainly don't need a wide, but might appreciate the 6' length.

I am 6 feet tall 165 pounds and have a long wide Chisos.

Obviously I am not a good physical analog to your situation, but I considered 2 points that I think carry over to all shapes and sizes: I wanted it long enough to be able to pull it over my head if I was in conditions that were colder than expected (I don't carry a hood); I wanted it wide enough to accommodate additional down layers and be able to sleep on my side with my legs bent and pulled up fetal style without it falling off. (I sleep like a big baby, again particularly if it is colder than expected.)

The long/wide gets me there at minimal weight penalty.

Thanks for your help – so basically the reg wide because the 4 ounces or so (for a palisade say) is worth it
