Where is this?

Do you need the latitude/longitude?

In general, it is in the Alabama Hills. That is just west of Lone Pine on the way toward Mount Whitney. There is a large number of these natural arches there, scattered over several miles.

I've taken photographs of Mount Whitney through several of these arches. Each one offers challenges to the photographer. For instance, where are you going to put your tripod for this one?

I'm thinking panoramic at dusk or dawn. If you want to share a picture I'll see if I know where you took the photo. If I don't know maybe someone else will know. Then they could post a picture. And so on. The last photo was Cottonwood Lakes #3.
