I am in the market for some new shoes. I have been using zero drop shoes for years now and any shoe with much of a rise feels weird to me now. I currently have some well-used Altra Lone Peaks. I really like the wide toe box on them, but they are a bit slow to dry. I am looking for something with a similar fit that dries faster and has sticky rubber soles. Anybody know of a shoe like this? Thanks for any input.

Try on the merell ascend glove. Dries quick, zero drop & just enough protection for rocky terrain. More minimal than the lone peak, but more nimble IMO. Can be had for $60 on sale.
I use Inov-8 F-Lite 195. They're pretty sticky.
You might want to check out offerings from La Sportiva too. I'm selling a pair of Vertical K's that are too small for me. Seem like nice shoes.
Neither of those are zero drop, but they're pretty minimal. 4mm drop and very lightweight.
I've never used Altras.
I'd second the Helios suggestion. An excellent super grippy, low drop shoe, but you'll feel the drop coming from 0. Nathan, seems like most people find the Helios runs about 1 size small.
I'll add the new balance NB 1010 & 110 both are low drop, fairly sticky & have a nice wide toe box. More anatomical then the altras IMO.
