I am working to add more products to my line up. First sewn product in a while. They are our Zipper Pouches. They are handcrafted using VX07 (70D Nylon Ripstop) Xpac fabric which as most of you know is a very high tech, lightweight, and waterproof laminate. For the zipper I used a waterproof Uretek YKK #5 zipper. The end result is a super durable and lightweight pouch that works great for organizing your backpack.

These pouches can hold all sorts of things including tent stakes, cord, water treatment drops, head lamp, maps, money, first aid kit, survival kit, medicine, etc..

While these bags are not waterproof, they are highly water resistant due to the nature of the fabric and zipper used, but since they are sewn I classify them as Splash-Proof. Like all of my products these are Proudly Made in the USA.

The small zipper bags measure 8.5″ long x 4″ tall and weighs .75oz (21 grams) each. They come in three colors. Black, Blue, and Red.. $15.00 Each..

That said, I am going to offer BPL members a 20% discount on these bags until April 10. But to get the 20% discount you have to have a minimum order of $50. So the $15.00 pouches are $12.00 each when spending $50 or more. To take advantage of this deal please use coupon code “BPLDISCOUNT” without the ” “..

*Edited Price after realizing I had it mis-marked. The original $17.50 was for the larger pouch coming out later this week. Thanks :)

Can this product (or would you consider making a version of this product that can) be attached to the hipbelt?

I have thought about making zipper pouches that could added to a hip belt. The nice thing about flat ones is they don't get in the way.. They don't hold as much stuff but sometimes this is a good thing.. That said, what size are you thinking?

I assumed size would be the same 8.5 x 4?

Low-profile does sound good for a hipbelt pouch/pocket. Most built for this purpose seem to have a zipper on the upper front, but I'm wondering if a top-mounted zipper like yours wouldn't be more convenient.

A loop to hang onto, at either end, would be convenient for opening/closing. Of course you can always just grab the fabric itself.
