Hi Everyone! I’m excited about a piece of kit that we wNOW HAVE IN STOCK!
I’d been sampling EVA foam of various styles in preparation for an upcoming pack-production venture, when I came across a small lot of high-tier EVA foam that had been convoluted cut. This was something perfect for a sleeping pad, same specs as the old Mt. Washington pads. The issue was that it had been produced with some cosmetic imperfections. The valleys of the convolutions aren’t smooth in places, the backs of the pads have some marks from the rollers, and some edges may have a shiny finish. Functionally, they are perfect, to the discerning eye, they are imperfect.

Specs:
.25-.75″ Eggcrate Pattern EVA Foam Sleeping pad. The valleys are .25″ thick while the peaks are .75″ thick
Dimensions: 19.5″x40″x.75″ (they tend to run a bit longer, so they may be an inch or two longer!)
Average weight: 4.8oz
I’ve been using one of these pads for over nine months now (20+ nights use), and I’m very happy with its performance. I have a couple of product testers(friends) who have given me a thumbs up as well.
Stay tuned!
