In contention for the simplest MYOG project at BPL: this cord keeper. I was spending a lot of time untangling various masonry-line items. I made this pattern after viewing several keepers on the market, and it works well. Just poke the beginnings of the cord through the holes, wind, and then poke in the ends.
Just cut it out of a milk carton. My scale won't go down far enough to weigh it…almost nothing.
I was a bit lazy with the pattern…there is a slit that is supposed to connect all the way to the circles. I was unable to make the circles with scissors so used a very small hole punch.
