Did anyone knew this application already. I find it quite funny that they have a digital torso meter, I'm going to try it out tonight since I will be ordering a exos 58 for myself after getting my gf one first.
I wonder if it is accurate enough compared to traditional measurements. Everywhere I read the importance of measuring up properly before buying a pack, because of this I was really surprised that while visiting a big outdoor store in the Netherlands I was told they don't do torso measurements but just use their eyes to see if it fits right.
To be honest that does not sound to smart to me, my girlfriend has backpacked alot more then me and she always had her hipbelt way to high (above the hip instead of on the hip), before researching this I did not know where to wear the hipbelt exactly neither.
To bad since it seems having the hipbelt at the right spot is one of the more important things for a comfortable wear.
