I think the weight is actually 15 ounces. (Montane has a conversion error on their website.) Prolitegear has a review on their youtube channel:
I grabbed a Helix Neoshell Anorak last month for $125. It's not as feature-rich as the montane, but same material.
It's a work of art. I was outside in the rain today for two hours and it didn't wet out.
