Just picked up an A-pod, http://www.suluk46.com/products%20%20-%20P16%20A%20Pod.html

The one I got is a bit different from what is pictured there. It has an o-ring at the bottom to grip the pole tip. There is an additional plastic nip that keeps the o-ring in place. Weight is 0.22oz

Currently I have a screw threaded into the top of an existing pole. To set up, I need to tie the guy-lines to the pole and stake them out. With this A-pod the lines would be already tied; just have to un-furl them and stake them out.
