I'm attempting to send a PM to coordinate PayPal info, but my account is saying I don't have an email address on my user profile.
How do I update this?

On the right-hand side of your BPL screen, there is a title called "Community @ BPL"; underneath that, click on "Change My Profile", and you will have the option to add an email address for PMs.
