HELP! JacksRbetter stuff sack?

You attach the velcro tabs together at the top, then fold over like you would with a dry sack. The strap then goes all the way down and around the bottom of the stuff sack. You come back up the other side and then thread through the rings. Pull the strap tight and that does the trick.

I got that much, but what's the routing through the two d-rings.
I feel like Sly Stallon facing up to the three seashells in the bathroom of the future…

You first route the strap through both rings, and then come back around and thread the strap between the two rings.
