Since breathable windshirts seems to be a hot topic around here, I'm curious to see if anyone has used the montane mountain star trail shirt.

From Montane's description, its what a lot of us are looking for in a windshirt: AEROFLYTE fabric will provide weather resistance during cool, damp conditions whilst also allowing body heat and perspiration to escape when working hard.
There's a few windshirts that fit in this other category, sometimes considered a light softshell, like the rab alpine, bd alpine start, westcomb crest and the mountain star. These differ in function so much from something like a montbell tachyon, that they should probably have there own category, especially if more hit the market.
