I have the Prolite 3, which is supposed to weigh 16 oz, but mine is now up to 17 and I think part of the problem is the moisture from having blown it up a bunch of times. Is there a good way to get it out?

How do I get moisture out of my Prolite?

let it self inflate, keep the valve open. Lay it out in the sun, or better yet, prop it up lengthwise so the valve points up, and in the sun/somewhere warm.
Set it in the sun inflated when it gets warm the moisture will vaporize then roll it up to expel moist air repeat several times. T A R recommends storing inflated with the valve open and turned down.
i own several of the prolite's.
stored open and unrolled behind a shelf. valve pointed down. i think down is best for draining. it's just my op.
they sit there day in and day out. week after week. eventually, those puppies are going to be dry inside.
on a long trip, i suspect the more one lets them self inflate, and the less then one puffs, the better off it works.
best of luck,
v.
Hey guys I really appreciate the information! Hearing that you guys all do something similar encourages me to try it out. Thanks again
Just one thing, Jeremy, if you choose to air dry in the direct sun–why not slip it into a black heavy duty leaf bag to (1) attract more solar heat to dry things out, and (2) keep the UV rays off your ProLite pad?
