So, We have a closed road (hwy 120) from crane flat to Tuolumne meadows And there cant be much if any snow on it right now. I am going to call the Yosemite NPS to ask them about this tomorrow. Why not take advantage of this fact and bicycle to Tuolumne on a closed private road to a place with no one there? Would anyone be interested. Does anyone have any input on this? I have never camped Via bike before but would be interested in taking advantage of this opportunity.

The park maintains an active Facebook page, with staff answering questions, so you might want to ask there. https://www.facebook.com/YosemiteNPS
A visitor asked on January 15th "Why wont they open Tioga Pass?" and got the following answer:
"Recent surveys of conditions on Tioga Road by road crews found that a significant ice layer has formed on the road this year due to extended cold temperatures following brief warming periods earlier in the season. Tioga Road was designed and is maintained as a summer road, so it lacks guardrails, berms, and other engineered features to prevent sliding vehicles from dropping off many of the embankments. In the fall of 2012, the park pushed the envelope trying to keep the road open and during one small snowstorm had 26 accidents, including multiple rolled vehicles, in a period of less than two hours due to icy conditions."
So it sounds like they are not opening it to cars. But maybe you could bike it – worth asking.
Great Idea, let us know what they say !!
