I want to give a big 'thumbs up' to HH for their excellent customer service. I had received an Ultralite hammock and when I inspected it I had a question as to whether it was a 'demo'. I emailed them directly and within just a few days I received a brand new replacement. I didn't even ask for a replacement! Now that's great customer service.
