Just got a lovely brand new pair of Montrail Hardrocks for my upcoming trip. Im going to apply seam grip to the outer seams in order to increase the durability and was wondering if any of you had any tips/instructions on doing this?

I would clean the seams with 90% alcohol and narrow brush (or kid's tooth brush)1st. Then led dry overnight.
This will remove most factory leather preservative/wax. Then apply one or two coats of Seam Seal.
