My wife and I are going to Patagonia for a 10 day hike of the Torres Del Paine. My gear list is in my profile. This is the heaviest it could be. I do have some questions as to other options. Would our SMD Haven(silnylon) work instead of the Warmlite?
Instead of the RR shirt and T shirt I could use a Smartwool Zip T and eliminate the Marmot top in my pack. That would, however, eliminate some layering options.
All recommendations and suggestions are welcome.

I'm pretty sure the haven would be fine, as long as you are good with setting it up and use all the guys. I just had a big Agnes fly creek and it was fine….. Most of the campsites are quite sheltered from the wind.

For gloves I'd recommend something a bit more wind/waterproof…but not necessarily really heavy gloves. The wind and drizzle were far worse on my hands than the ambient temperature.

You don't need very much water carrying capacity. There is water everywhere, and you can just fill up your bottle and drink it. Upstream from campgrounds, of course, but no treatment necessary. I didn't take anything more than a half liter vitamin water bottle and it was plenty.

Everything else looks pretty good actually.

Jen,
I will substitute the Haven with 2 extra stakes and add over mitts. Thanks.

Dave
