Anyone wear a belt into the field? What kind/brand do you use? I'm curious, I've got an old leather one that weighs a ton and would like to replace it…

I wear a Patagonia belt similar in style to the Bison belts. It weighs in at 2.18 oz. I tell myself I could use it to rig up a splint should the need arise, to make it a multi-use item.
Its also stylish enough that I find myself wearing it a lot on campus and such.

I use a Bison nylon webbing belt and have for years. I have two that I rotate for different trips. They are very light weight. They are nice multiuse items although I must say I have never used mine for anything other than a belt.
I also wear a Bison nylon belt. Light and tough.
But for hunting in winter I wear a wide HEAVY duty military style Spec Ops nylon belt.
