If you have an account and get their emails. Try this: log in and put some stuff in your cart, then just surf on from there. Chances are your will get an email saying that you left stuff in your cart and offering you free shipping.
Not 100% and you may miss a deal, but I've saved on shipping this way several times.
I used to order stuff from them almost every week when they had free shipping if you purchased through their mobile App. Now that they stopped doing that a few weeks ago,I haven't bought anything, mostly because free shipping made it easy to make impulse purchases, but no more of that now, which is good for my bank account.
