Maybe it means "Don't carry cantaloupes on a string around your neck."
In our country the "do not" sign has a diagonal bar across the prohibited activity.
So that sign would mean it is allowed. :)
My friend from Appenzell confirms that any round sign with a red border and a white interior indicates that what is depicted in the white area is forbidden. If the white area is empty it prohibits driving cars there (I think). Also, "wanderweg" means "hiking trail", which is pretty obvious.
And yes, you'd never see anything like that in the US!
Is it only women that are prohibited? That's what is show in the sign, therefore, it should still be permitted for men. ;^)

Maybe it means ultralight hikers only.
Appears to only apply to naked black women with ponytails.
Really, you can't say she's truly NAKED– I clearly see some old-school style hiking boots….
