Anybody use these on the trail? I have a pair of the brown smooth leather and black perforated leather that I wear to work, absolutely love them. Though I do tech support for a high school and a urine flooded bathroom is not much fun with a 6mm sole.

I'm going to try them on some day hikes, but has anyone gone very far in them with some weight on their back?

I've never used them, but they look like they would be oh so slippery on anything but a flat dry trail.
